- Consent and information collected by Gazon Bastien
We limit the collection of personal information to what is strictly necessary to fulfill our purposes. Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect:
- Personal identifiers: name, first name, addresses, addresses, phone numbers, email, account numbers.
- Payment information: credit card numbers or bank information (bank transfer) when you make purchases.

In addition, each time you visit our websites or social networks, we record information about your online activity (cookies, Google Analytics, Pixel, etc.). This data is then archived. They contain information such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone and fax number. If your browser allows it, this data may be blocked.

- Right of access and correction in accordance with the law
Gazon Bastien undertakes, upon request, to confirm the existence of your personal information, to communicate it to you and to provide you with a copy. You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or equivocal personal information, as well as the deletion of such information if its collection, disclosure, or retention does not comply with the law. You also have the right to ask Gazon Bastien to stop the dissemination of your personal information if such dissemination violates the law or a court order, or if the following conditions are met:
- It seriously damages your reputation or your private life.
- This harm is explicitly greater than the public interest or the right of any person to free expression.
- The cessation of the requested broadcast is limited to what is necessary to avoid the continuation of the harm.
For any request for access or correction, you must send a written request indicating your personal information to assert your interest. The manager undertakes to respond to it within thirty days (30) of receiving your request.
Access to your personal information is generally free of charge unless reasonable fees apply for the transcription, reproduction, or transmission of that information.
If your request is refused, the manager will provide a reasoned explanation including the legal provision on which it is based, the possible remedies and their timelines, as well as assistance so that you understand this decision.
The manager undertakes to produce a copy of the modified or deleted personal information, or a certificate of deletion, free of charge. It also immediately notifies anyone who received this information in the six months (6) preceding the request, as well as the individual who provided it, if applicable.
- Sharing your personal information
Gazon Bastien may share your personal information with the following recipients:
- Authorized service providers: they have access to your personal information exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations, and confidentiality measures are in place.
- Business partners: they are involved in the execution of mandates and must respect confidentiality measures to protect personal information.

We cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we are doing everything we can to avoid any incidents.

Only authorized Gazon Bastien employees have access to your personal information, and the manager ensures that these employees act in accordance with the Policy.
