Lawn seed is for me if:

• I have dead grass circles, due to the needs of my dog;
• I have old grass, affected by fungal diseases, which would benefit from new genetics;
• I want to adapt my grass to its environment;
• More sunny, shady, sporty (trampling);
• I have big weed problems, especially foxtail or crabgrass that die at the end of August. So the best time to seed is when these weeds are not growing, starting in mid-August (annual death) or early in spring by the end of May.
